THE BRIEFING

Organized about it.
Normal about you.

Mission: Sort of Together is an independent home-organization publication for people who want usable rooms and reasonable stopping points.

What you’ll find here

Small, specific projects for drawers, desks, closets, kitchens, and everyday routines. We focus on retrieval, maintenance, measurements, and the tradeoffs of adding storage. Our default recommendation is to try a system with what you own before buying anything.

Our editorial method

These launch guides are original, AI-assisted planning content. They are not accounts of personal experience or hands-on product testing. We do not claim professional organizing credentials, invent customer stories, or reproduce Amazon customer reviews. Examples describe possible arrangements, not measured outcomes from a test.

When product-specific content is added, factual specifications will be checked against identifiable manufacturer or authorized sources, sources will be linked, and the basis for a recommendation will be stated. A product will only be described as personally tested when that testing has actually occurred and can be documented.

How recommendations work

A useful recommendation should identify the problem it solves, its fit requirements, limitations, alternatives, and when to skip the purchase. Affiliate compensation will be disclosed near paid links. No paid product links are currently published.

Updates and corrections

Publication and meaningful revision dates will be shown on guides. Dates will not be refreshed simply to make an unchanged article look recent. For corrections, broken links, or editorial questions, email hello@missionsortoftogether.com.
